What you will do

• Lead the global tax function and drive technical tax planning to optimize the Group's global tax position.
• Manage end-to-end global tax compliance, including returns, disclosures, and tax-effect accounting across 26+ jurisdictions.
• Oversee Transfer Pricing (TP) compliance and ensure intercompany arrangements are executed and documented.
• Develop and improve tax processes and controls with a focus on automation and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate financial statement disclosures.
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior Finance leadership to manage risks and identify efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification.
• At least 6 years of corporate tax experience, including significant international exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian and international tax laws and regulations.
• Solid IFRS financial accounting knowledge specifically regarding tax accounting.
• Experience in Big 4 or in-house multinational environments.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global tax reporting systems for CIT or indirect taxes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or other large ERP systems.
