What you will do

• Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Maintain and update financial reports, models, and dashboards for regular stakeholder reporting.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to manage costs, identify optimization opportunities, and evaluate division profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams on finance-wide projects and process improvements.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the management reporting system.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Sound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
• Prior experience or understanding of financial services and fintech businesses.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and management reporting systems.
