Financial Manager (FP&A)
We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
- Building and maintaining financial models.
- Budget control and plan-vs-actual variance analysis.
- Profitability and cost analysis.
- KPI calculation and bonus validation.
- Review and validation of affiliate payments.
- Payment cost optimization and support of business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with affiliate business models (CPA, RevShare, NGR), payment analytics, or marketing finance will be a strong advantage.
