What you will do

• Lead regular management reporting, including monthly performance packs and variance analysis.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles for Corporate Functions.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to functional stakeholders to shape performance conversations.
• Review business cases to assess financial viability, risks, and expected benefits.
• Support the review and refresh of cost allocation methodologies and attribution.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data processes through automation and tools.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Significant post-qualification experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial performance and identify key drivers.
• Advanced Excel capability and practical experience with Power Query or similar data tools.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in assessing business cases and monitoring initiative costs and benefits.
