What you will do

• Integrate AI tools and automation into reporting workflows to enhance analysis.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Logistics, and Sourcing teams to identify trends and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Design and maintain financial models, sensitivity analyses, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for Global and Australian leadership.
• Perform weekly and monthly contribution margin reporting across food, packaging, and logistics costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Microsoft NAV, or PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and influencing decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Sydney for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Exposure to Python or SQL.
• Experience in culinary operations or food industry analytics, with an understanding of cost structures and performance metrics.
