What you will do

  • Design and evolve sophisticated metrics, reports, and dynamic dashboards for critical business decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership to conceive and execute initiatives that maximize team efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the design and effectiveness review of sales compensation plans aligned with APAC revenue targets.
  • Analyze lead conversion, win-back campaigns, discounts, and marketing investment performance.
  • Drive the adoption of system and process enhancements to build a scalable revenue engine.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in planning, modeling, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience integrating data across tools.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
