What you will do

• Create accurate Civil 3D site models covering grading, drainage, and utility networks.
• Prepare construction-ready contract drawing sets that meet internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to resolve conflicts, implement redlines, and meet milestones.
• Prepare exhibits, plan sets, and supporting documentation for civil site permitting.
• Track design progress, communicate updates, and flag technical risks early.

Requirements

• Work location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania 18370, United States.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in civil engineering design or drafting.
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with civil site permitting and its impact on plan preparation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, constructability awareness, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Technical certification or an associate degree in CAD or design.
