Design Engineer II

What you will do

• Develop detailed engineering designs, technical drawings, models, schematics, and 3D documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses for safe, feasible, and code-compliant designs.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks to create and modify engineering documents.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate systems and equipment into complete solutions.
• Research materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements, and participate in client and team meetings.
• Conduct site visits or inspections and support construction administration and quality control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering design.
• Ability to prepare technical drawings, perform calculations, and work with applicable codes and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering projects of intermediate complexity.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
