Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 / year (based on Denver, Colorado labor market)

What you will do

• Manage team to complete structural engineering scopes for data center facilities, including design packages, site plans, foundations, and calculations.
• Develop structural loading for solar trackers, piles, and equipment using ASCE 7, IBC, and other standards.
• Design and analyze driven piles, concrete foundations, slabs, and mat foundations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost estimates, equipment specs, and coordination for small to large-scale projects.
• Review submittals, perform field inspections, check team work, and support business development and proposals.
• Mentor and coach team members, provide technical training, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar from accredited institution.
• 5+ years relevant engineering or field experience; FE required, PE preferred.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP2000, L-pile, Mathcad, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite including Project.
• Strong understanding of codes like ASCE 7, ACI 318, IBC, and others.
• Ability to mentor staff, critical thinking, commercial awareness, self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of ASCE 7 loading and standards for solar plant design.
• Proficiency with STAAD, Revit, or other structural analysis software (can obtain within 6 months).
