Product Manager — Agentic (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA — hybrid, combining remote and in-person work

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 annually, plus bonus, equity ownership opportunity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and ship an agentic voice care platform supporting patient enrollment, adherence, check-ins, follow-up, support calls, and escalation.
• Build the voice stack across telephony, streaming speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM orchestration, automatic turn-taking, and interruption handling.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-goals.
• Own roadmap prioritization, metrics, experimentation, launch execution, and iteration across live clinics.
• Lead alignment across clinical operations, compliance and legal, engineering, sales, business development, and customer success.
• Manage vendors and define the architecture for patient data, compliance, evaluation, guardrails, and mandatory escalation to a human for urgent or uncertain calls.

Requirements

• Production experience shipping an LLM, voice, or real-time conversational system end to end, including latency, turn-taking, and interruption handling.
• Strong hands-on engineering and product judgment, with the ability to specify, build, and operate the product alongside customers.
• Experience conducting user discovery and requirements work with clinicians, operations teams, or other non-technical domain experts.
• Data-driven prioritization, clear written communication, and experience producing PRDs and decision documents.
• Comfort working in regulated or high-stakes environments with safety treated as a core product input.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco and participate in field work with clinics, care managers, front-desk teams, and patients where appropriate.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or clinical operations experience, including care-team workflows and regulated environments.
• TCPA familiarity for outbound communications and EHR experience.
• Cardiac, CIED, or remote patient monitoring domain knowledge.
