What you will do

• Build agentic voice care systems for support calls, enrollment, adherence, and follow-ups.
• Own core architecture decisions regarding patient data handling and compliance posture.
• Conduct deep user discovery by shadowing clinic staff, care managers, and patients in the field.
• Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into crisp PRDs, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics (containment, latency, satisfaction) and run iterative experiments.
• Manage the vendor stack including telephony, STT/TTS, and LLM providers.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production LLM/voice or real-time conversational systems end-to-end.
• Strong combination of hands-on engineering skills and product judgment.
• Proven track record of requirements work with non-technical domain experts (clinicians, ops).
• Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes healthcare environments where safety is a priority.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or clinical-ops exposure, including familiarity with EHR and TCPA.
• Domain knowledge in Cardiac, CIED, or Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
