Product Manager (Health Plans)

Location: Hybrid; based in New York, NY preferred, or Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C., with willingness to travel to New York

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity of 2,800–3,500 RSUs

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution for the health plans product suite.
• Prioritize features for network management, provider directory accuracy, utilization analytics, and quality measurement.
• Conduct discovery with network managers, provider data teams, and credentialing leads, translating findings into product requirements.
• Partner with data science and engineering to improve provider data completeness, accuracy, and freshness.
• Define success metrics and report on adoption, data quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with commercial, customer success, solutions engineering, and data delivery teams on client commitments and implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably with data, analytics, or intelligence platforms in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience with health plan operations, including network management, provider data, utilization management, prior authorization, credentialing, or network adequacy.
• Experience managing data quality, coverage, and accuracy tradeoffs with data science and engineering teams.
• Ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings, and convert them into actionable product requirements.
• Comfort using data to validate product decisions; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
• Must be based in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C.; hybrid work and travel to New York are required as applicable.
