Location: Onsite at one of the Tri-State area campuses: Tarrytown, NY; Sleepy Hollow, NY; Armonk, NY; or Warren, NJ

Salary: $183,100–$305,200 annually

What you will do

• Set the release strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI platforms and tools in alignment with the digital roadmap.
• Build business cases for new AI/ML capabilities, datasets, platforms, and tools.
• Lead technical product development for large-scale AI platforms, models, and supporting tooling.
• Define requirements for data access, model serving, search and ranking, automation pipelines, and self-service tools.
• Guide the use of AWS, Azure, and GCP for automated ML and analytics pipelines.
• Drive evaluation, piloting, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive technical product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, foundation models, generative AI, their capabilities, limitations, and evaluation.
• Experience or familiarity with agentic AI, MCP, A2A protocols, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning, and model customization.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, responsible AI, security, governance, MLOps, LLMOps, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed New York or New Jersey campuses.
