Clinical Product Manager, AI

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA; in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Total compensation: $150,000–$225,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Own the product mission, strategy, goals, metrics, and roadmap execution.
• Lead engineers, data scientists, and designers in developing and supporting product initiatives.
• Gather requirements through market analysis and end-user feedback.
• Lead Agile/Scrum planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Write user stories, detailed specifications, and feature requirements.
• Drive product opportunities from conception through launch, optimization, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Licensed physician who completed residency training in the U.S. and is currently practicing or practiced recently.
• 2–5 years of product management or related experience building, launching, and growing web and mobile products.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to design simple user experiences, simplify complex systems, and deliver results.
• Interest in a startup-style environment with rapid feature delivery.
• Familiarity with relational data models; SQL query skills are a plus.
