Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office in Portland, Oregon

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 expected hiring range for Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; full salary range of $140,000–$228,000 and a 20% bonus target.

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, sprint planning, and organizational strategy across multiple AI products.
• Translate customer, broker, sales, and healthcare stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and agile plans.
• Coordinate with marketing, UX, engineering, and category management teams on product development, go-to-market planning, and launches.
• Conduct market and competitive research and apply insights to product positioning, benefit design, pricing parameters, and lifecycle decisions.
• Define and track engagement, performance, customer behavior, conversion, and AI/ML evaluation metrics.
• Lead discovery, customer experience optimization, risk management, stakeholder communication, and product team mentorship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in healthcare or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Understanding of AI/ML, including generative AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, product lifecycles, ethics, responsible AI, and governance.
• Experience working with technology teams, managing backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, using analytics, and prioritizing by business value.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint ceremonies, cross-functional planning, and complex product environments.
• Ability to work three days per week in the Portland, Oregon office.
