What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across European countries.
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
• Administer HR programs such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Support international mobility and relocation processes for employees.
• Lead initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland
• Minimum 5-10 years of HR operations experience with 3-5 years in an international environment.
• Mandatory: Proven working experience with French employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor-level degree.
