TL;DR
Senior Technical Program Manager (AI): Driving complex, business-critical initiatives across the Product organization with an accent on cross-functional alignment, program execution, and strategic delivery. Focus on integrating AI-assisted and agent-orchestrated workflows into the SDLC to accelerate planning and visibility across multi-team programs.
Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a remote role that requires an onsite interview.
Salary: $97,900 - $165,082 USD

What you will do
- Build trusting relationships with Engineering and Product leadership to drive strategic alignment.
- Manage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, making and communicating necessary trade-offs.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, resistance, or setbacks impacting program execution.
- Design and maintain program tracking in Jira and Confluence to provide executive-ready visibility.
- Provide thought leadership on continuous improvement and agentic SDLC integration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience driving large programs, with at least 4 years in software product development (SaaS/Web Apps).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agent-orchestrated workflows for planning and tracking.
- Strong technical judgment and experience with modern web technologies and agile processes.
- Ability to build frameworks for program direction and accountability.
- Highly evolved EQ with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Identity Management, Security, or Governance.
- Experience operating within an Agentic SDLC at scale.
