What you will do

• Partner with business units to solve problems and manage execution related to business expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery.
• Manage the overall project lifecycle and implement robust project management processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate across finance, compliance, risk, and technology groups to ensure project alignment and coverage.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve team performance, decision-making, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and communication to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory change, product/project management, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with US regulatory regimes and compliance frameworks (SEC, CFTC, OCC).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high ambiguity.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
