What you will do

• Provide full P&L leadership and accountability for site performance and strategic outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program execution.
• Refine and execute the site's strategic roadmap in alignment with global aeronautics strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and build succession pipelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, new programs, and partnerships.
• Establish a world-class aerospace design engineering capability in West Lafayette.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 20+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in aerospace and defense.
• Significant experience leading manufacturing operations, ideally within aerostructures.
• Proven success with P&L ownership and driving financial performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (MBA strongly preferred).
• Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization.
