Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 + 5-10% annual leadership bonus

What you will do
- Drive high-impact projects across growth, operations, and strategy from ambiguous asks to shipped outcomes.
- Manage the leadership operating rhythm, including meeting cadences, KPI tracking, and preparing Board of Directors materials.
- Oversee people and HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and review cycles.
- Support enterprise growth and partnerships through detailed research and analysis.
- Organize company culture events, team retreats, and weekly office logistics.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in high-standards environments such as consulting, banking, or startup operations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No immigration sponsorship available).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data modeling.
- Ability to create order from chaos and influence without formal authority.
- AI-native mindset, utilizing tools like Claude to multiply personal output.
- Absolute discretion when handling sensitive corporate information.
Nice to have
- Exposure to HR or people operations (payroll, benefits, review cycles).
- Familiarity with the SaaS or travel industry.
- Based in the Pennington, New Jersey area.
