What you will do

• Establish and manage the executive operating rhythm, including weekly reviews and meeting cadences.
• Lead strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and maintain a company-wide strategic initiative tracker.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Own the end-to-end Board of Directors preparation process and executive briefing materials.
• Develop scalable internal operating processes and support hiring priorities as the U.S. team scales.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff to a CEO, Aide-de-Camp, or in senior program management/operations leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling venture-backed startups during periods of rapid growth.
• Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Political Science, or Economics.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; background check requirements apply.

• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM and project management tools.
