What you will do

• Perform detailed design of processing plants and equipment, including P&IDs and process descriptions.
• Conduct engineering and utility consumption calculations.
• Specify key equipment such as tanks, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
• Manage technical design reviews focusing on safety, hygiene, and layout.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers regarding plant performance and design.
• Lead on-site activities, including installation and commissioning, requiring up to 40% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Production, Process, Biochemical, or Food Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in food and plant engineering, ideally within the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient English is mandatory.
• Must be located in Cuautitlan, Polanco, Queretaro, Monterrey or Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
