What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using FTA, 8D, 5W, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and PDCA.
• Apply quality tools and standards including MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control plans, VDA6.3, IATF, and ISO 9001.
• Monitor and map manufacturing processes such as plastic injection, stamping, electronics manufacturing, and final assembly.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary core teams to execute process mapping and follow up on internal and external corrective actions.
• Lead the monitoring of KPI compliance, focusing on customer complaint scrap, FPY, and 5S.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Experience working with global manufacturing companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
