What you will do

• Provide technical support and conduct customer visits according to product specifications.
• Perform field data collection and equipment surveys to identify improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Prepare dimensional and General Arrangement (GA) drawings in compliance with customer requirements.
• Supervise and perform installation and commissioning of mechanical seals, couplings, and lubrication systems at customer sites.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and failure analysis, issuing technical recommendations.
• Deliver technical and techno-commercial training to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical seals and seal support systems.
• Basic knowledge of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, and centrifugal compressors.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency and intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience with vibration monitoring equipment and thermography tools.
