What you will do

• Track global product compliance legislation and requirements using industry forums and external software.
• Maintain product compliance data management workflows to ensure adherence to global regulations.
• Inform key internal functions including Engineering and Product Line Management about new or changing regulations.
• Lead and execute projects related to product compliance and departmental process improvements.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure all products meet necessary requirements and approvals.
• Participate in the review, training, and release of policies and procedures related to compliant product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Project Management.
• 3–7 years of experience in compliance or materials management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (Business Advanced) and Spanish.
• Deep knowledge of global regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Safety, Wireless, EMC, and Energy Efficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, team-based culture.
