Vice President, Marketing (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; in-office role

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 USD annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead global marketing across brand, demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and developer relations.
• Rebuild a data-driven demand generation engine accountable for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Own ABM programs targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 decision-makers across defense, energy, manufacturing, financial services, and government.
• Develop positioning and messaging for generative and agentic AI, emphasizing security, reliability, and data governance.
• Drive thought leadership, PR, product launches, major events, and co-marketing with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Lead and develop the marketing team while managing the global marketing budget with a focus on ROI and attribution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B enterprise software or AI, including VP-level experience at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or public technology company.
• Demonstrated success improving an existing marketing organization and driving pipeline and revenue contribution at scale.
• Strong messaging, writing, editing, communication, and go-to-market storytelling skills.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, enterprise software, and cloud architecture.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or equivalent ability to communicate complex technical concepts is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
