What you will do

• Architect and build agentic systems to automate GTM workflows like deal risk scoring and account research.
• Define platform strategy including agent design patterns, tool-calling, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
• Integrate core GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Slack via internal data platforms.
• Set technical standards, review designs, and lead architectural reviews across the GTM Engineering roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and RevOps leadership to measure outcomes like pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a BS degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience building production LLM or agentic applications (agents, RAG, multi-agent orchestration).
• Deep fluency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong command of enterprise integration patterns (REST/GraphQL, event-driven architecture).
• Proven track record as a technical lead driving architectural decisions and RFCs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sales/RevOps tooling or programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or Gainsight APIs.
• Experience red-teaming LLM agents for safety and reliability.
• Exposure to media buying or advertising analytics.
