What you will do

• Develop, maintain, test, debug, and enhance production Python applications and AI services.
• Build Angular and TypeScript interfaces integrated with REST APIs and Python back-end services.
• Implement and extend RAG and AI orchestration workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure across AWS development, staging, and production environments.
• Deploy and operate AWS-native applications using services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and containers.
• Perform code reviews, participate in Scrum activities, translate requirements into technical designs, and support developer mentoring.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field; three additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Professional experience with Python, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, automated testing, and full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployments, IAM, multiple application environments, and Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience developing production applications using LLMs, implementing RAG architectures, and working with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot application code, deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, permissions, networking, and service integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and responsible use of AI coding assistants, including validating and taking ownership of generated code.

Nice to have

• AWS certification or significant additional AWS experience.
• Experience with Bedrock, OpenSearch, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, containers, CloudWatch, and application observability.
• Advanced Terraform, secure or regulated environments, government cloud, RBAC/ABAC, and access-aware retrieval experience.
• Experience with technical design reviews, peer reviews, mentoring, React, Blazor, or advanced Angular architecture.
