Salary: $188,600 – $305,050 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to FP&A leadership to design organizational strategies and align financial planning with growth goals.
• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning into core finance workflows to move from descriptive reporting to predictive analytics.
• Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
• Manage leadership forums, OKR processes, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Deliver high-impact executive communications to the CFO and other senior stakeholders.
• Ensure financial processes support evolving product strategies, pricing models, and GTM motions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in management consulting and in-house leadership roles within high-growth FP&A or Business Operations.
• Deep foundational knowledge of FP&A architecture and corporate transformation.
• Proven success in re-architecting legacy workflows and managing organizational change.
• Experience implementing AI or advanced automation tools within a finance organization.
• Elite executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an analytical field (MBA preferred).

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience in the SaaS or high-tech enterprise software landscape.
