What you will do

• Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Source qualified leads through outbound calls, internet research, email outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using internal databases and external tools.
• Conduct outbound calls to identify and screen potential providers.
• Support senior recruiters by identifying qualified leads and assisting with candidate submissions.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
