What you will do

• Lead technical aspects of pre-sales and customer discovery conversations.
• Manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
• Provide technical scoping and implementation support during pilot phases.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Engineering, and EHR teams.
• Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles.
• EHR analyst experience (Epic EHR certification desired).
• BA/BS university degree in a technical discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer and team meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Background knowledge of genetic testing, NGS, and bioinformatic analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, Snowflake, AWS, and HL7.
• General programming skills.
