What you will do

  • Consult with healthcare partners to implement automated patient management solutions that optimize care and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic initiatives for large hospital systems.
  • Identify and expand opportunities for hirify.global solutions within assigned territories.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and product support to clinicians and key stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects as a Project Manager or Lead Clinical Specialist.
  • Manage territory sales objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (50% or more, including overnight travel).
  • Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
  • Strong PC literacy and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
  • At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
  • Proven leadership experience and a track record of acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
