What you will do

• Lead and shape complex pre-sales engagements across payer and provider markets, ensuring alignment between customer architecture and MCG solutions.
• Architect technical strategies for Smart on FHIR, RESTful APIs, and healthcare data exchange leveraging FHIR and HL7 standards.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for IT, security, and digital health stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate how AI models are incorporated into solutions, including governance frameworks and integration into clinical workflows.
• Drive technical due diligence, including enterprise security reviews, vendor risk assessments, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and define implementation approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, architecture, and AI-enabled solutions for large healthcare customers.
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and Smart on FHIR.
• Strong experience responding to enterprise-level security, privacy, and compliance inquiries.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and MCG-sponsored events.
