What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end ownership of financial processes, variance analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment oversight for marketing.
• Partner with marketing leads to elevate commercial acumen and establish practices that maximize spend efficiency and ROI.
• Design and implement tracking mechanisms for the Local Area Marketing (LAM) team to monitor regional spend against commercial returns.
• Analyze high-volume loyalty redemption data to interpret customer behaviors and drive strategies to increase visit frequency and basket size.
• Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to deliver executive-ready performance reporting to the GM and CCO.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant finance experience.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful executive actions.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Previous experience within the Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality/Drinks sectors.
