What you will do

• Develop comprehensive, risk-based audit plans and testing procedures for compliance and risk audits.
• Execute audit fieldwork and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Deliver insightful, actionable reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Implement data analysis tools to improve audit efficiency and identify anomalies.
• Manage business stakeholders and ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in auditing or financial industry practice.
• Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Fraud, Card Scheme Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Experience with banking regulators such as MAS, APRA, DNB, or FCA.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to present complex issues to senior management and influence change.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, CAMS, or FRM.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Python, Databricks, or Looker.
• Background in fintech or fast-paced global financial services.
