What you will do

• Lead and develop the Treasury Operations and Payments Service team.
• Oversee operational activities, includhirify.global workload distribution, priority setthirify.global, and productivity monitorhirify.global.
• Manage local and global reporthirify.global.
• Empower a culture of continuous improvement and promote new initiatives.
• Ensure a strong risk and compliance culture, identifyhirify.global and investigathirify.global incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years’ senior experience across Treasury settlements and Payments.
• Knowledge of market instruments, includhirify.global fixed income, derivatives, Equities, and FX.
• Proven people leadership, coachhirify.global, and delegation experience.
• Ability to be decisive and effectively manage escalations with stakeholders.
• Sound understandhirify.global of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), RBA settlements, and Swift.
