Capital Markets Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual full-time starting base salary: $140,000–$160,000, plus potential annual incentive and equity compensation.

What you will do

• Build financial models and tools to evaluate funding alternatives.
• Support capital markets activities in partnership with Credit, Data, and FP&A teams.
• Structure debt and equity strategies and evaluate capital structure decisions.
• Develop tools for generating investor materials.
• Present transaction analysis and recommendations to investors and senior management.
• Contribute across the full transaction lifecycle, from strategy planning and execution to reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, credit rating agencies, fintech, or asset management.
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling, asset-backed securities, and corporate financials.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Excel for data analytics.
• Strong quantitative analysis, structured thinking, project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with innovative debt and equity strategies and familiarity with AI solutions for operational efficiency.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; new applicant employment authorization sponsorship is not available.

• CFA or MBA.
