Location: Remote, based in Makati, Manila, Philippines

What you will do
- Deliver financial and operational analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
- Analyze KPIs and operational performance trends.
- Develop and enhance dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Use data analytics, automation, and reporting tools to improve process and reporting efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
- Present complex analyses clearly to senior management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and dashboard development.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence and data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong planning, organization, communication, and prioritization abilities.
