What you will do

• Serve as a senior architecture leader and advisor for a high-visibility client engagement in Sydney.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and delivery teams to define the architectural direction.
• Assess current digital product ecosystems, platforms, systems, and technical dependencies.
• Define future-state architecture to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Create comprehensive architecture documentation, diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure implementation aligns with agreed standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Enterprise, Solution, or Principal Architect.
• Proven track record in supporting digital products and complex technology ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and complex concepts clearly to senior executives.
• Experience operating in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Must be located in Sydney and available for on-site work in the CBD 3-4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate technology, Proptech, or property management platforms.
• Proficiency with GCP or other major cloud platforms.
• Technical experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud-native application environments.
• Experience with product modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
