What you will do

• Develop end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and detailed solution documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance, legal) to ensure solutions are deliverable.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and continuous improvement of pre-sales documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect and 5 years involved with Managed Services.
• Significant experience designing enterprise solutions using Cisco (specifically switching and data center), HPE, and Microsoft.
• Demonstrated experience in federal, state, and local government managed services.
• Australian citizenship is mandatory.
• Security clearance is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of winning managed service contracts and managing complex projects.
