What you will do
- Define and evolve the AIOps capability architecture, operating model, and blueprints across observability and automation.
- Lead capability maturity assessments and establish target-state roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct gap analyses across tools and operational processes to create prioritised delivery plans.
- Develop and govern use case prioritisation frameworks to ensure measurable value in reliability and efficiency.
- Establish enterprise standards and governance for telemetry, data quality, and AI integration across OSS/BSS platforms.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure scalable capability delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in network operations, OSS/BSS, platform engineering, or telecommunications technology strategy.
- Proven experience designing complex capability architectures and blueprints in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns, telemetry frameworks, and automation design principles.
- Ability to lead gap assessments and align cross-functional teams to a shared target state.
- Experience establishing technical standards and governance frameworks for distributed platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to translate technical concepts for senior audiences.
