What you will do

• Lead technical engagements for high-priority customers to accelerate container and AI adoption.
• Partner with Account Executives and Product teams to drive business and technical value.
• Oversee rapid prototyping "design partner" engagements to validate product-customer fit for new use cases.
• Develop high-impact custom demos and best-practice content for audiences from developers to C-level.
• Coordinate field feedback with the Field CTO and engineering to prioritize feature requests based on revenue impact.
• Act as "customer zero" for new functionality to ensure alignment with real-world customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and DevOps.
• Experience developing application code and translating customer experience into actionable engineering feedback.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Australia (no visa sponsorship offered).

• Experience with hirify.global and the wider container ecosystem.
• Expertise in Agentic AI development or Software Supply Chain Security.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
