Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote in Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia)

What you will do

• Coordinate lifecycle management, capacity planning, and performance optimization for Networks Clouds.
• Lead onboarding, deployment, and assurance processes for the cloud platform.
• Provide expert technical advice and innovations to improve operating practices and solve complex challenges.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plans (AOP) inputs for the Networks Cloud.
• Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives related to the cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with cloud technologies: NFVI, Containers (OpenShift, TKG), ESXi, VIO, and AWS.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal groups and external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret system alarms and prioritize faults across cloud infrastructure.
• Strong collaborator engagement and communication skills.
