What you will do

• Lead complex multi-phase deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem environments.
• Design scalable architectures for data discovery, classification, governance, and AI use cases.
• Develop custom integrations and "glue code" using APIs and automation to bridge platform and legacy systems.
• Own technical relationships with senior engineering and executive stakeholders through architecture workshops and design sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on field insights.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish architectural standards and deployment frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as FDE, Solutions Architect, or PS Engineer.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containers, and Linux systems.
• Advanced proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale system integrations via APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, governance, and compliance concepts.
• Must be based in or able to work from the North Sydney office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, RAG-based architectures, or ML systems.
• Background in DLP, DSPM, or privacy platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR, SOC2, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
