What you will do

• Lead the fulfillment center team, managing resources and tasks to meet production targets.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty, overseeing shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including power and internet outages.
• Accurately handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
• Availability to support continuous operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general knack for technology.
• Physical capability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
