Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and financial plans to meet revenue goals.
• Direct department managers and oversee all club staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor financial statements, manage cash flow, and oversee capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure the highest standards for food, beverage, sports, and recreation services.
• Maintain positive relationships with members, guests, and the local community.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including liquor and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proven track record in leading successful for-profit clubs with demonstrated revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting golf course operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and time/attendance software.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Clubhouse Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Active membership with the PGA, CMAA, or other relevant professional associations.
