What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Oversee store visual presentation, housekeeping, and operational procedures to maximize profitability.
• Direct the team in creating design presentations, floorplans, and conducting trade or home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Eatontown, NJ
• Demonstrated experience in retail management and financial literacy.
• Passion for interior design and ability to demonstrate design skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3D rendering software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
