What you will do

• Manage branch profit and loss (P&L) to meet monthly budgetary goals, EBIT, and gross margin targets.
• Supervise department managers and superintendents through direction, training, and policy communication.
• Lead and administer the company safety program to maintain a culture of workplace safety.
• Partner with sales managers to grow the customer base and oversee service contract retention using NPS scores.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building owners, and elevator consultants.
• Manage relationships and resolve grievances with the International Union of Elevator Constructor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Thorough knowledge of general management methods in the elevator or related industries.
• Proven success in managing and developing talent within a workforce.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
