What you will do

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing headcount and operational expenses.
• Analyze complex datasets to develop scalable reporting solutions for month-end close and Budget-vs-Actuals variance analysis.
• Develop scenario-based financial models to assess marketing investments, ROI, and performance trends.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Strategy & Analytics teams to align financial plans with GTM initiatives and revenue growth strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to FP&A and GTM senior leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of FP&A experience, ideally including GTM Finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience partnering with marketing or GTM teams to support business growth.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives through clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and financial analytics tools to drive efficiency.
