What you will do

• Support annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting cycles across Engineering divisions.
• Execute the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process, including data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and perform variance analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Engineering COO teams and business stakeholders to support investment planning discussions.
• Improve budgeting and reporting processes through automation and optimization.
• Develop presentations and materials for senior management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formula development.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
