Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Own financial strategy and performance narrative for key GTM segments, including forecasting and unit economics.
• Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and ensure accountability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and the CFO's office on strategic initiatives.
• Design variable compensation and conduct long-range capacity analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth SaaS.
• Advanced financial modeling skills based on first principles.
• Proven ability to deliver structured analysis under time pressure in ambiguous environments.
• Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders.
• Must be based in or work from the San Francisco HQ (On-site).
